SH129 Grease Roll Stability Tester complies with ASTM D1831 and SH/T 0122 standards.
Test procedure: Fill a specified quantity of grease sample into the tester and run the roll test for 2 hours at ambient temperature. Compare the cone penetration values of the grease before and after the test.
This instrument measures the consistency variation of lubricating grease after roll shearing, so as to evaluate the mechanical shear stability of grease products.
